Maintenance Requests
Need to submit a
maintenance request?
Submit and track maintenance requests through the RentCafé Resident Portal. Simply click the RentCafé Resident photo or text on the right to be taken to the Portal's landing page, and follow the directions below to create your account.
New to the portal?
- Click RentCafé Resident on the right to open the portal.
- Click Login in the upper-right corner, then select Create a resident account.
- Enter your property address, choose it from the dropdown, and click Find Property.
- Complete the required information and select Create Account.
Once your account is linked to your LVR property, you can submit maintenance requests and make payments in one convenient place.

Still using our website request form?
You can continue using the Submit a Maintenance Request button below during our transition to the RentCafé Resident Portal.
This website form submission method will be discontinued on December 31, 2026. After that date, all maintenance requests must be submitted exclusively through the RentCafé Resident Portal.
We encourage you to register now using the instructions above so your account is ready before the transition.
