Pet Guidelines

LVR Management permits a maximum of two (2) pets per household. All pets must be disclosed prior to or upon occupancy. Current vaccination records must be provided for each pet and must remain up to date at all times. A pet deposit of $500 per pet is required. For multi-family properties (units with shared walls), a strict weight limit of 50 pounds per pet applies.

Due to insurance restrictions and liability concerns, the following breeds and/or mixes of these breeds are strictly prohibited:

• Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers  
• Doberman Pinschers  
• Rottweilers  
• German Shepherds
• Chows  
• Great Danes  
• Presa Canarios
• Akitas
• Alaskan Malamutes
• Siberian Huskies
• Wolf-Hybrids
• Belgian Malinois / Shepherds

Failure to comply with these guidelines, including failure to disclose pets or providing inaccurate information, will result in fines, required removal of the pet from the property, and/or immediate termination of the lease agreement.
